RETURNS

​Returns are accepted for up to 30 days of new, unused items in their original, intact packaging. Return shipping costs are at the buyers expense. A refund back to your original payment method will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). We do not accept or process exchanges.

If items are delivered damaged, we MUST be notified immediately (within 24 hours) in order to file a claim with the carrier. You will be asked to send multiple photos of the broken item and exterior packaging in order for us to process and file a replacement claim. ​
